I would love to meet with you all--is there anyone coming from NJ who might be able to give me a ride? I would be eternally :-)grateful. BTW, I think religion causes as much violence as anything else (nationalism, totalitarianism, atheism)--human nature is human nature. But not all religions condone violence...plus I believe many religions allow a certain amount of freedom of thought on this topic (as is evidenced by the controversy in your group!) I absolutely welcome emails on this or any subject. Hopefully, I will be attending Steubenville Franciscan University in the fall for a master's in philosophy--should be interesting since I am 55!
